beginning as a raw product, to production/tooling and until it's shipped out our door to yours! We do capability studies on all processes that are used in the production system in order to assure that our customers receive products that have the least variance possible.

Tubing Process Range
Our fabrication operation has extensive capabilities including, burr-free cutting, precision bending, expanding, swaging, flaring, cleaning, assembling, range of 1/8" to 1-1/8", and a diametrical tubing process range of 1/8" to over 3".

Quality Control Policy
In our manufacturing facility, we strive to permit no deviation adhering precisely to your drawings and specifications from receiving the raw product to loading the finished product on the truck for delivery.  Our quality control policy ensures your design production will be maintained to customer specifications and that all your document files are secured and recorded.
 

Environmental Control
Our environmental control system maintains a reduction in rust and/or oxidation throughout the entire parts processing procedure
